As the winter weather fades away and the spring flowers start to fill the banks, all of Souls gathers together to celebrate the founding of it’s twin cities. For once the citizens of both cities are brought together, as in the Hall there is a festival to celebrate. Market stalls are set up in the gardens with trinkets and toys for people to look at, as well as good food and drink. School children have a two week break from their studies, and on the 22nd March there is a bank holiday for all workers to give them a chance to attend the parade on the top of the hill. It’s a festival of lights and a celebration of the end of winter, and at dawn Chinese lanterns are released up into the sky as a reminder of those who lost their lives in the death of the old world. The boards for the marketplace and the parade will be open for all members to play in until the 5th April. I encourage all members to join in, and perhaps play with someone that you haven’t before!

Just a note to add - I've realised that I'm not going to want to have to deal with closing topics on the fifth as it's between a convention and me going away, so I'm extending this until the end of April. When I come back it'll be replaced with a new plot, this time relating to people starting to get their memories back, and hopefully something new will be coming out at least every month after that. So enjoy the new forums while they're up!
