History: Their history as a human: any family, how things were for them growing up and any thing that affected them. All Nations were born on the island.
Recurring nightmare: A nightmare of the worst moment from their past that they've had for as long as they can remember. For example, for England it's 1066. For Japan it might be Hiroshima, for Prussia it might be the Berlin wall going up. The faces of any other Nations are blurred.
