((Just a side note for people this will switch sometimes how the two will talk.)) Ludwig sighs in defeat as he pulled out his phone and typed.
Ugh... Roderich did you ever had Mr. Firenze as a teacher?

"Good he wasn't away from his phone." said Ludwig as he answered back.

The phone chimed again. Roderich quickly switched it to the vibrate feature before he got in trouble as he sat at the Library Circulation deck for his work shift.
"Teacher 4 Writing and Lit, correct?" [Send message?] [Yes]
"What's the assignment?"
[Send message?] [Yes]

"Yes." [Send message?] [Yes]
"...well it's creative writing assignment. I just don't know what to write and when I do it's....well bad. Could you help me please? I don't dare ask Gilbert to help me on this." [Send message?] [Yes]

Roderich smirked but refrained from laughing at that last one. Yes, he could see why Ludwig wouldn't want to ask his brother.
"I'll try. What's the assignment topic?" [Send message?] [Yes]

He gave in and answered
"Well we have to write a story base on this picture he handed out in class and it has to be 500 word story. I don't even know where to start on it." [Send message?] [Yes]

His phone buzzed again and displayed a warning [image file attached. Do you wish to download? Is this from a trusted source? Not all files are safe and some may be harmful to your system.]
Roderich sighed, and clicked [Yes, download now.]
It looked to be a 3d fractal image of swirling browns, blues, and greens that spiraled down into infinity in the left-hand side of the image. He frowned. Well, looks like Firenze was true to form with the abstract imagery.
"Any other guidelines? Or free-reign to write anth. as long as sth. in image incl. & 500 word?" [Send message?] [Yes]
((anth. =anything, sth=something, incl.=included))

This phone buzzed on him as he was tossing the trash from his lunch in the bin. He quickly read it and reply.
"Yes free-reign to write, but it has to be the whole image in the story. I don't even know how one would write a story with a image like this or even to begin it."
[Send message?] [Yes]
He sat back down at his seat and pulled out his mp3 player as he waited for a reply.

He had set the phone to silent as a student came up asking for help searching out the score for a particular composition. When he arrived back about five minutes later, he saw that Ludwig had messaged him again.
"What do you think of when you see it? Start writing down words, images. They call it free-association" [Send Message?] [Yes]

Ludwig look over at the image after reading Roderich's message. He honestly thought about it before replying.
"I don't know...I see a spiraling stair case one should build by keeping the measurements straight and level the steps so it'll look elegant. The railing made out of spiral metal." [Send Message?] [Yes]

Roderich sighed. Still what kind of response had he expected from someone as mechanically-minded and literal as Ludwig?
"That's a good start. Now ask the 5 Ws & H ?'s." [Send message?] [Yes]

Ludwig's brow furrow as he try to decipher the message till it clicked as he quickly reply
"Oh it's about ... 2' 6" W and about 5" for H on each step. Um.. the rails are about .5" W and 4' H. Hm... I don't know for sure how tall the whole stairs are though." [Send message?] [Yes]

Roderich glanced down at the little screen, frowning as he scrolled through it, puzzled at Ludwig's response. I suppose that answers, 'What', but how does . . .
"Ergh, Ludwig," he growled under his breath as he suddenly realized the misunderstanding. He laid his forehead into his palm, suddenly feeling the dull ache from trying to warp his mind to think like his friend's younger brother.
Another student started to wander up to the desk, but then paused a short distance away. "um, headache?" she asked.
He looked up, "Oh, sorry. Uh, sort-of. What can I help you with?" She held up the small stack of books and he quickly logged them out and waved her on her way.
He turned back to phone and quickly tapped out, "L-I didn't mean H & W for height and width, I meant the 6 classic questions. Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How." [Send Message] [Yes] -For goodness sake-YES!

His cheeks tinted a little red when he read Roderich's message. Ugh he knew it wasn't that easy. Of course it was the classic questions. He glance at the clock and notice his time is up.
"Ugh I feel like an idiot now. I'm sorry Roderich, but can you come by when you have a chance to help me on this. I need to get to class now, but you'll be able to leave a message. Chat to you later."
He quickly got up and glance back down at the phone.
[Send Message] [Yes]
He pull his bag on and move quickly to his next class.

He sighed as he quickly sent a message to his dad letting him know he wouldn't be back for dinner. It looked like it would be another late night for him. He'd have to grab a sandwich at the little deli near the campus before he ran over to the Beilschmidt house. He replied back to Ludwig.
"OK-N.P. Have late class at 3 pm and student at 5 so I will stop by around 7 at your house." [Send message?] [Yes]
((N.P.=no problem))
((So Ludwig-shall we continue this as a RP in Highland Suburbs?))
